- Hi,
-
- I have recently upgraded my amiga 2500/30 system with a
- PicassoII video card, and I added 16megs of ram to my a2630
- accellerator card with a DKB 2632 daughter board.
- I have workbench 3.1 installed and I added the rev 7.0 roms
- and full ecs chip set. Picasso II 2meg,with latest picasso drivers,
- and DKB megachip 2000, and a GVP scsiII + ram card with 2megs 16bit
- ram with the guru rom.
-
- My system seems to have slowed down, after I added the DKB ram.
- when I boot the system The work bench backdrop takes about 3 seconds
- to paint across the monitor screen, and large programs such as Term
- v4.5 seem to take forever to load. Is this normal?
-
- what should the mem priority be set to as default the 2632 is
- configured with highest priority then the 2630 is next highest?
-
- should I remove the 16bit ram?
-
- Thanks in advance,
- Mitch
